An Exciting Announcement…
We’re beyond thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our stable housing cohort to Minnesota, where we will partner with Dunwoody College of Technology! This new cohort will offer the following services to single-parent mothers in the college's Women in Technical Careers program.

Our CEO and Co-Founder Lori Barr was recently featured on an episode of HUMANATY, a diverse podcast featuring experts discussing topics from relationships to careers, aiming to educate and entertain while fostering kindness, gratitude, vulnerability, and unity.

Looking back…
On November 30th, 2023, we kicked off the holiday season at a sip ’n shop unlike any our guests had ever seen. Attendees enjoyed live entertainment, competed in a “Best In Shoe” competition, and more—all to help Raise The Barr to tackle poverty, two heels at a time!

RTB Breaks Ground on The Huddle on 5th
Our impact is expanding! On Thursday, October 26, 2023, we broke ground on a brand-new apartment complex in West Sacramento, which will house the families of 18 single parents who are enrolled in local post-secondary institutions.

Under Review 2023
Under Review is our annual graduation party held in Minneapolis each summer. This year, Under Review took place at U.S. Bank Stadium, where over 300 guests enjoyed locker room tours, took photos on the Vikings Field, and shopped from local vendors, all while getting to mingle with Anthony Barr and our MN scholars.
