Autumn Green

Autumn Green, Ph.D., is an applied sociologist and nationally recognized scholar in higher education and anti-poverty programs. She is a research scientist at the Wellesley Centers for Women, where she leads the Higher Education Access for Student Parents Research Initiative. Her research and advocacy focus on college access and success for low-income, first-generation, and non-traditional students, especially student parents. Dr. Green was herself a student parent who completed her journey from GED to PhD as a young low-income mother.
